Happy New Year: We will prevail

The last few months have crushed our hopes and dreams. This is a cruel blow after surviving four excruciatingly painful years under the president select. We worked hard, but once more the citizenry of the U.S. have been robbed as a result of massive election fraud, resulting in what appears to be another four years of “dark ages” for our beleaguered country.

Make it your New Year’s Resolution to always remember that the real enemies aren’t Bush or Blackwell or the Republican Party. The real enemies are apathy and silence. What this corrupt administration wants most from you this New Year, and always, is your apathy and silence. They want you to simply give up and resign yourself to their seemingly unstoppable power grab. They want you to believe you are helpless to stop them and affect meaningful change.

What they truly fear most, though, is the power that each of us has within our hearts and souls and the righteous indignation to stand up to these un-American, criminal antics and educate/influence others. They understand the power that each of us possesses, especially when we join together with our energy and resources. We give each other the strength to speak-out and carry on the good fight. By seeking out and tirelessly speaking the truth on our blogs and to our family, friends, colleagues, neighbors, strangers, and media outlets, we create a force so powerful that in the end it is unstoppable and will succeed because of its relentless appeal to fairness.

Aldous Huxley said: "Most ignorances are vincible, and in the greater number of cases stupidity is what the Buddha pronounced it to be, a sin. For, consciously, or subconsciously, it is with deliberation that we do not know or fail to understand —because incomprehension allows us, with a good conscience, to evade unpleasant obligations and responsibilities, because ignorance is the best excuse for going on doing what one likes, but ought not, to do.”

Aldous Huxley also said: “The greatest triumphs of propaganda have been accomplished, not by doing something, but by refraining from doing. Great is truth, but still greater, from a practical point of view, is silence about truth.”

Never stop speaking out for justice. Never give up the good fight.

I wish all of my sisters and brothers in the battle for truth and fairness a Happy New Year. May peace, good health, and strength always be with you.
